Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: Within Calgary, orders $49 and under will be charged at $7.00 and orders $50 and over
are free. Free orders are either hand-delivered or shipped by Canada Post.
Any areas outside of Calgary (within Canada, United States etc.) will be charged for
the actual shipping cost via Canada Post (depending on the weight of the order shipping
is can be around $11.00+) unless you wish to arrange special shipping methods
(ie. pick-up, personal courier, etc.)
Please note that for all orders, a separate invoice will be e-mailed to you for
shipping charges once the order has been filled.
Q: Do you ship C.O.D?
A: All orders must be fully paid for at the time of your order. We will only ship C.O.D.
within Calgary (cash or cheque options only) and only in extenuating circumstances
will we make exceptions.
Q: How is my order shipped?
A: All Canadian orders are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel, this includes
insurance on the parcel and signature delivery confirmation. All U.S. and international
orders are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel Ground (can take up to 3 weeks) or FedEx.
Q: What if I want a different shipping method? (i.e., Can I send my own courier?)
A: If you require an alternate method of shipping other than through Canada Post, please
call or e-mail us either before, or at the time of placing your order. We will contact you
within 24 hours to make appropriate arrangements.
Q: Can I pick up my order to save on shipping costs?
A: Of course! We are a home-based business located in Calgary, AB (in the SW in Silverado and downtown near Eau Claire)
and any arrangements to pick up your order are more than welcome! Once your order
is ready for delivery/pick up, we will contact you to make appropriate meeting
Q: When will you send me my goodies?
A: Due to the fresh and handmade nature of our products, our current turnaround time is
3-4 days (not including shipping time). However, it is possible that a higher than usual
volume of orders may delay our current turnaround time. Please call or e-mail us with
any questions or concerns you might have.
Please make note that we do not ship on statutory holidays.
