Q: How do I place an order?
A: You may place an order one of four ways:

- Place your order online (you can pay by credit card or your Paypal account) using the cart buttons on each of the product pages. Shipping is not included in the final price when you check out, please read our Shipping FAQ section for more information.

- Use our online order form which will be submitted by e-mail. You     will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been received.

- E-mail with your order

- Call 403.835.3654 (as this is my personal cell phone, I always answer with"Hi, Doli speaking")

Q: Once I've placed an order, can I make changes to it?
A: You may certainly send us an e-mail or call requesting your changes, but we cannot guarantee that we can accommmodate them. If we have already finished making your items we cannot accept further changes to those items (ie. scent change), but you may certainly add on to your order.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Delish Bath and Body prides itself not only on our high-quality products, but also on customer satisfaction. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your products when they arrive, simply contact us via e-mail (returns will not be accepted via telephone) within 7 days of receiving your package for a full refund (sorry, shipping charges will not be refunded) on any unused and unopened products.

Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is being returned due to an error made by Delish Bath and Body. Once your return package is received by Delish Bath and Body, your refund will be processed.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Due to the fresh and handmade nature of our products, our current turnaround time is 3-4 days (not including shipping time). If you have an urgent order, please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q: Will there always be samples included in my order?
A: While we try to include samples in every order, we may not always have samples in stock. We do have sniffy samples that can be included in every order, please request the scent that you would like at the time of your order (3 maximum).

Q: Are your products made fresh?
A: Yes! Everything you order is made fresh that same day, this ensures that you receive a quality product with a longer shelf-life.

Q: Are your products all natural?
A: With the exception of the fragrance oil and preservative, our ingredients are all natural and plant derived. If you have sensitive skin, or are concerned about the ingredients for a specific product, please contact us and we will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

Q: Why is my lotion turning pink?
A: Due to the high vanilla content in some fragrances, this may cause the lotion to discolor anywhere from a pale to deep pink shade. Please know that this discoloration does not affect the quality of your lotion.

Q: Are there supposed to be grains in my Whipped Shea Body Butter?
A: The little grains are actually pieces of the natural Shea butter, if you massage them they will melt into your skin. Shea butter tends to grain if it is heated on too high of a temperature or cooled down too quickly.
